Gary oversees daily operations at Offshore Advantage, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality performance equal to an in-house UK team. With over 15 years’ global experience in CX, contact centre leadership, and business transformation, he has delivered measurable improvements for major brands across multiple industries. Since moving to South Africa in 2011, Gary has helped shape the local BPO and GBS sector, leading large teams and transformation programmes for brands such as Shell, BT, EasyJet, Visa, and Mastercard. Passionate about combining human expertise with smart automation, he drives a people-first, results-focused culture built on clarity, trust, and continuous improvement.
