With extensive experience leading multi-site operations across customer-focused and luxury brand environments, he blends strategic thinking with a hands-on, people-first leadership style. Matthew’s background in operational excellence and service quality shapes how Offshore Advantage delivers integrated offshore solutions across customer service, marketing, merchandising, IT, and finance. A Cranfield University graduate, he leads with transparency and collaboration, ensuring UK companies receive in-house levels of quality and care from a South African base.
